Park Shelter Information

Fontana’s scenic parks offer the perfect setting for your next event. Let us help make your next event fun and memorable. Park shelter rentals are available for public use and can be reserved in-person or online. All shelter rentals are $55 per day for Fontana residents or $113 per day for non-residents.

Making your Reservation Online

1. Visit our registration website here: Shelter Reservations

 2. Log in to your existing account or create a new one.

3. Once logged in, navigate to the "Reservations" tab. Here, you'll see a list of available facilities, including shelters. They're conveniently listed in alphabetical order to make your search easier.

4.Select the shelter you're interested in booking. You'll be prompted to choose your desired date and time.

 5. Reserve your date. However, please DO NOT pay your owed balance until you receive an approval email from the City of Fontana. All reservations made online are tentative until approved by City of Fontana.

6. Once you receive an email with your approved rental permit, make your final payment at least 5 days before your event.

All reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations will not be taken over the phone and dates cannot be temporarily held.

Bouncers/Inflatable Units

Inflatable units are allowed by permit only. Proof of liability insurance is required. Bouncer permits (non-refundable) may be purchased for $27 and a request for an inflatable unit must be made at least two weeks in advance of the reservation date. Please note, inflatable units which require water usage are NOT permitted at City parks.

The City of Fontana does NOT provide electricity at parks and/or shelters. Renters must provide their own means of a power source for a bouncer or any other device requiring an outlet (ex. generator).

Payment and Refunds

Checks, money orders, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted. Approved refunds and cancellations are subject to a $10 administrative fee and rental policies. 

Park Rules & Regulations
