Y.A.N.A. is a free service that allows older and disabled adults to have security and companionship. On a regular basis, Fontana Police Citizen Volunteers will check in on seniors who enjoy living independently, but do not have friends or family in the area to visit. To qualify, you must be a Fontana resident and complete an application form.
