We aim to promote the social, physical, intellectual, and emotional development of the youth that we serve." The Fontana Expanded Learning Program is located at 33 school sites in the Fontana school district.
In 2002, California voters passed Proposition 49 to increase the state’s investment in after school programming. In 2006, Prop 49 more than quadrupled funding for after school programs through the After School Education and Safety (ASES) Program from $121 million to $550 million.
