Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule
On September 27, 2011, pursuant to the State of California Health and Safety Code Section 34169, the Fontana Redevelopment Agency adopted a preliminary draft of the initial Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (“ROPS”) by Resolution No. FRA 2011-007.

On January 24, 2012, pursuant to Assembly Bill 1X26, the Fontana Redevelopment Agency approved and adopted an amended preliminary draft of the initial “Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule” (“ROPS”) by Resolution No. FRA 2012-003 (PDF).

On February 28, 2012, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34177 (I), the City of Fontana, as Successor Agency to the dissolved Fontana Redevelopment Agency approved a draft Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (“ROPS”) by Resolution No. SAR 2012-016.
