The Bellgrove II Community Plan is located approximately half a mile north of Baseline Avenue between the future extension of San Sevaine Avenue on the west side and Hemlock Avenue on the east side. The project site is located in southwest San Bernardino County, in the northwestern portion of the City of Fontana. Surrounding jurisdictions include the cities of Rancho Cucamonga, Rialto, Ontario, and unincorporated area of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
The Bellgrove II Community Plan has approximately 355 single-family residential units on a 90-acre site. The community plan is in conformance with the stated goals and objectives of the City of Fontana General Plan. The Bellgrove II Community Plan contains larger lots (7,200 square feet or larger) for residential uses with convenient access to existing and planned neighborhood and regional commercial centers.
