The Fontana Star Community Plan is located south of Walnut Avenue and west of Beech Avenue in the City of Fontana. The site is bounded by Hemlock Avenue to the west, Beech Avenue to the east and Walnut Avenue to the north.
Project Description
The Fontana Star Community Plan is a 30-acre single-family residential community plan. The community plan could potential have approximately 111 single-family residential dwelling units of 7,200 square feet or larger.
