Requirements

  • Must bring California Identification Card with City of Fontana Address
  • Bring a shovel, container or tarp if transporting in an open truck bed or trailer
  • You will be required to load your own mulch
  • One resident at a time

Instructions: Mulch should be placed over soil in a depth of 3-5- inches around your plants. It should be pulled away from tree / shrub trunks to reduce the chance of root rot.
