The party filing the claim will receive a phone call from Carl Warren & Company within a week of filing the claim with the City Clerk's Office. You will also receive a claim acknowledgement letter from the adjuster handing the claim.
The party filing the claim will receive a letter regarding whether the claim is accepted or denied within 45 days.
