Project Description

This project will construct the infrastructure improvements in support of a proposed affordable housing project. The proposed housing project will consist of a total of 106 affordable housing units being a combination of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The proposed infrastructure improvements will include the construction of street, sewer, storm drain, signing & striping, detention basin, retaining wall(s), and backfill of the remaining portion an existing detention basin.
